Sector: Communications
The Elios Communications sector comprises three business units:
- Data Acquisition and Control
- RF Systems
- Fiberoptic Systems
Data Acquisition & Control business unit includes the Industrial Controls Group and the ITX9000 Commercial Products Group. These groups work together to ensure hardware and software systems remain state of the art and highly competitive in their respective markets.
RF Systems business unit integrates process and control systems with communications equipment operating from low VHF frequencies through the GHz range. Over-the-horizon and wide area surveillance radar are examples of systems addressed by this group.
Fiberoptic Systems business unit adapts the latest fibreoptic technology to digital processing systems requiring exceptional speed and bandwidth.
